Our DM plants are available in Two-Bed (Cation + Anion) and Mixed-Bed (MB) configurations depending on purity requirements. They are widely used in pharmaceuticals, power plants, laboratories, food & beverage, textiles, and electronics manufacturing.
By passing raw water through cation and anion exchange resins, the plant efficiently removes calcium, magnesium, sodium, sulfate, chloride, nitrate, and other ions. The result is deionized water with conductivity as low as <1 µS/cm, making it suitable for boiler feed, rinsing, and process water.
Our systems are available in both manual and automatic regeneration models, with optional conductivity meters and interlocks for quality monitoring. Skid-mounted, compact designs allow for easy installation and maintenance.
The resins are long-lasting and can be regenerated on-site using acid and alkali, reducing operational costs. Plants range in capacity from 500 LPH to 30,000 LPH, customizable for any industrial or institutional need.
