About MICROFILTER

Our Company is engaged in the manufacturing of filter components such as Copper Filter, Alkaline Filter, PP (Polypropylene) Filter Cartridge, PP Wound Filter Cartridge etc. used for domestic, industrial and commercial Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems, designed for applications involving groundwater, borewells, wells, rivers, and tap water. These filters are available in standard capacities and are capable of producing potable water ranging from 8 liters per hour to 25,000 liters per hour, depending on customer requirements.

Our Company markets its products under the brand names ‘Microfilter’, ‘Jordan’, and ‘Axtron’, and has filed a trademark registration application for each of these brands. Additionally, we operate on a white-label basis, wherein products manufactured by us are rebranded and sold under the names of other companies, enabling us to focus on our core manufacturing capabilities while allowing clients to market products under their own brands, thereby expanding our reach and diversifying revenue streams.

We currently operate from a single manufacturing unit located at W-19, MIDC Hingna, Nagpur, Maharashtra, India – 440016. Our manufacturing approach focuses on in-house production, allowing us to maintain strong quality control and operational efficiency. Further, we design and manufacture customized water filtration systems by leveraging high-quality components sourced from trusted suppliers, enabling us to offer tailored, cost-effective solutions with a wider range of features. Our team works closely with customers throughout the entire process from understanding their specific needs to delivering reliable systems optimized for effective water management.

In addition to our manufacturing expertise, we actively engage in the execution of Water Treatment Plant (“WTP”) Effluent Treatment Plants (“ETP”), Sewage Treatment Plants (“STP”) and Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (“EPC”) contracts, where we also function as a sub-contractor for EPC. Our involvement encompasses the complete spectrum of services, from the supply and installation of filtration systems to the integration of advanced water treatment solutions, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to environmental standards.

We are also engaged in the trading of equipment, components and materials that are not manufactured in-house, catering to diverse customer requirements. This business complements our product portfolio and enables us to provide comprehensive, end-to-end solutions as a single-point solution provider.

We have well-established manufacturing facility and design capabilities, enabling us to develop and manufacture a wide range of water filtration components tailored to meet the specific requirements of our customers. We specialize in providing high-quality water filtration and purification solutions for domestic and industrial sectors, addressing diverse water treatment requirements. By integrating UV and UF technologies with customizable options, we deliver reliable, efficient, and effective water purification solutions for drinking and industrial applications.
