An alumnus of the prestigious Mayoor School, Ajmer, Mr. Shailendra Mangal earned his Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Ajmer University and later pursued a BBA in Marketing through the distance learning program of Annamalai University in 1997.
He began his career in the family business before venturing into the water purification industry in Nagpur, Maharashtra over two decades ago. Under his visionary leadership, MicroFilter has evolved into a trusted brand with a strong market presence and a loyal customer base.
Known for his multi‑faceted leadership and empowering approach, Mr. Mangal has been instrumental in creating growth opportunities and nurturing a culture of entrepreneurship within the organization. His efforts have contributed significantly to job creation and fostering a generation of skilled, self‑reliant individuals.
In recognition of his accomplishments, he was honored as the “Emerging Icon of Nagpur” in 2019 by The Times of India. Today, Mr. Mangal continues to guide the company with a sharp business acumen, a focus on quality, and a commitment to making a meaningful contribution to society.

She is a Graduate, she does help the businesses in packing material there designing and printing she also in-charge of Advertisement material such as of brochures & catalogue printing, website and electronic and social media design / creatives and Television advertisement commercial was handled by her. She also manages Human Resources of our company.
