1) Job Description For Business Development Executive
- Education & Experience : MBA or Degree ,Diploma in a related field.
- AGE: 23 to 30 years
- 2 to 5 Years experience as a sales executive OR BDE in water purification and water treatment industry.
- Salary CTC: 20 K to 30k Negotiable (Hike on current) .
Job Summary: As a Business Development Executive specializing in water purification spare parts, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships, sales channels, and customer relationships to maximize revenue and market penetration. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality spare parts solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify key trends, competitors, and potential opportunities within the water purification spare parts industry.
- Develop comprehensive business development strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company’s presence.
- Identify emerging market segments and develop targeted sales and marketing initiatives to capitalize on growth opportunities.
2.Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out and acquiring new customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles within the water purification or similar industry.
- Strong understanding of water purification systems and spare parts, including technical specifications and application requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Excel , Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant business tools.
